South Castlegar Waste Water

This addition to the existing treatment plant includes a concrete tank, comprising clarifier, aeration and digester cells, headworks and UV disinfection. The circular tank has capacity of about 2500 m³. It is of reinforced concrete construction with a diameter of 25 m and a total height of about 5.2 m.

GEA was responsible for detailed structural design of the reservoir, field review services during construction.
